Acting as principal contractor, our works consisted of EWI to 123 Non Traditional tenanted properties in the areas of Glyncoch and Hirwaun. Under our contract we were required to carry out the following:
- Installation of Full EWI system to 123 properties
- Roof renewals to 35 properties – 23 properties required lightweight tiling including sub-frame repairs.
- New Windows and Doors to Cornish Properties Types
- Structural repairs including the removal of cladding and steel repairs to 23 BISF Properties
- All associated enabling works with full certifications
- Full discharge of CDM responsibilities required by principal contractor.
