Terry established Jefferies in South Wales in 2008 and since that time has grown the business and opened a Midlands region. From a trade background Terry understands the importance of both a quality end product and the customer experience whilst works are undertaken. Terry continues to invest in the training and development of his workforce to maintain an efficient and capable team. Terry is an advocate of empowerment and innovation.
Sue joined Jefferies in October 2013 and supports the business in a dual role providing administrative and accountancy expertise. Sue provides administrative support to the Midlands region and is responsible for initially handling all incoming enquiries and directing them to the right person. Sue coordinates information for all our operational areas, ensuring that records and documentation is maintained to support our activities. Sue also utilises her accountancy expertise to ensure that our information is maintained in real time and available as required for auditing, submission and inspection.
Simon has almost 25 years experience in the construction industry and joined Jefferies in 2015 as Project Manager. Simon’s skills include most aspects of construction; from commencement of roads and sewers, to large scale new build developments. He is an expert in the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI) installations and has run a number of large scale EWI and Roofing projects on Jefferies’ behalf.
Paul joined Jefferies in 2018 and has experience working for a painting contractor as a senior contracts manager for 25 years, and has worked within the public sector managing large scale painting refurbishment projects. Paul’s knowledge of the industry ensures his all-round skills to price works appropriately, specifying products, conducting Health and Safety audits, produce detailed programmes, procure trades and materials and forming relationships with our clients.
Neal joined Jefferies from a main contracting background and has experience across a wide range of projects including; new build, refurbishment and external wall insulation projects. Having completed many refurbishment projects for Jefferies, Neal was assigned to his first external wall insulation project in 2013. Neal completely managed the project which included works to 97 occupied homes, coordinating Jefferies operatives, scaffold and roofing contractors. Neal received industry acknowledgement of his achievement as he was nominated and won a green deal award for the project. Neal is organised and committed to ensuring that his projects are run safely, efficiently and successfully.
