Nottingham City Homes – External Wall Insulation Project
- Phase 1 – 160 Properties for Bullock Construction within St Annes area Nottingham. Jefferies Phase 1 Contract Value – £700,000.00
- Phase 2 – 42 properties for Bullock Construction within Cliffton area of Nottingham. Jefferies Phase 2 Contract Value £180,000.00
As a key member of Bullock’s supply chain we were awarded the contract to install external wall insulation to 160 properties owned by Nottingham City Homes.
The scheme was funded by EON under the governments community energy saving programme, and due to the funding deadlines set by OFGEM, all works had to be completed within 12 weeks.
Jefferies provided an all inclusive service on this project. Our works included scaffolding, mechanical and electrical alterations, enabling works and the installation of external wall insulation. We also installed loft insulation where it was required. Adding value, we distributed materials and programmed the works.
The scheme started on 22nd August 2012 and was successfully completed on 2nd November 2012. Due to the success of the project we have been awarded a second phase completing works to 42 privately owned properties which will be completed at the end of January 2013.
