Pleasant Court – Residential Refurbishment
Complete refurbishment of a derelict building into an extra care facility in Bron Afon, South Wales, complete with communal facilities.
The development consists of 22 x bedsits, 2 x guest rooms, 2 x assisted bathrooms, laundry, shop, hairdresser, gym and communal sitting room.
Jefferies were responsible for:
- Plastering
- Soundproofing
- MF and suspended ceilings
- Insulation
- Wall tiling
- Floor screed and floor finishes
- Internal and external painting and decorating
HTM specification requirements were partially applicable.
