Jason Alford

Jason joined Jefferies in 2008 as a tradesman and progressed to Working Foreman and is now a Site Manager.

Jason has worked on a range of both internal and external projects and is a valued member of our management team. Jason has held his SMSTS for several years and remains enthusiastic about gaining further experience to further develop his skills for the future.

Gethin Cashmore

Trainee Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Gethin Cashmore

Gethin joined Jefferies in November 2014 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Having successfully completed his degree studies on a part time basis, Gethin works with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Director and construction department to support the business activities.

Gethin is organised and provides accurate cost information, reports and forecasts to support the business management systems. Gethin is responsible for quantity surveying duties on a number of projects and also assists with tendering and estimating duties.

Sarah Evans

Sarah Evans

Sarah has worked with us since February 2016. She has over 20 years' experience in Purchase Ledger, Administration & Office Management in a variety of sectors.

She provides administrative support on all contracts within the business including Property Packs, Asbestos Reports, Kitchen & Bathroom plans etc.

Laura Hayes

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Laura Hayes

Laura joined Jefferies Contractors in July 2015, and is currently working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Her qualifications include LLB Law and Politics & postgraduate LPC, a Foundation Degree in Surveying and Construction and a Postgraduate certificate in Construction Management.

Her experience includes working on EWI, Roofing, Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment, voids and OT bathrooms contracts for Trivallis, Tai Calon, Merthyr Valley Homes, and Mispace.

Nigel Jones

Managing Surveyor

Nigel Jones

BSc qualified, Nigel began working for the company in June 2016 where he now oversees the commercial department.

Nigel has a depth of experience having previously worked for large national contractors at both pre and post contract stages

He has extensive skills on a wide range of projects including refurbishment, restoration, estate regeneration, new build housing and care homes - all using a variety of differing forms of contract.

Tony Jones

Tony Jones

Tony joined Jefferies in 2008 as a tradesman and progressed to be a working foreman. Since then he has been a Site Manager for the past 7 years.

He has worked on wide variety of contracts including Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment, EWI, void works, roofing, disability adaptations, and sheltered accommodation for a large client base including Trivallis (RCT Homes), Merthyr Valley Homes, Cardiff Council, CCHA, and Tai Calon

Damien Lobb

Contract Manager

Damien Lobb

Damien has been with Jefferies since June 2015 and has a range of relevant qualifications & accreditations including SMSTS, SEATS, CSCS, and Fenestration installation QNVQ Level 2. He is currently studying HNC Building Technology Management Level 4.

As site manager he has overseen the successful completion of multiple roofing contracts including external decorations and 1 EWI scheme.

As project manager he was responsible for the successful delivery of the Tai Calon roofing contract on time and to budget, and for the completion of the CCBC externals contract within client expectations.

Damien's focus is on providing both strong customer service to our clients and an excellent quality standard. In addition Damien is responsible for ensuring the company's health and safety policies are being achieved on site and for delivering contracts in line and to our clients' complete satisfaction.

Gerwyn Miles

Site Manager

Gerwyn Miles

Gerwyn has held the role of Site Manager at Jefferies since January 2016.

He has been working in site management for over 30 years and has acquired a vast and wide knowledge of a variety of projects.

Most recently he has been working on all our local internal and external refurbishment schemes within the social housing sector, including Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment, Trivallis Roofing and Tai Calon EWI.

James Vincent

James Vincent

James joined Jefferies in 2012 as an operative and in August 2015 was given the chance to pursue a career in site management through our in-house training scheme. He has successfully achieved SMSTS, and has completed several internal and external projects as a standalone manager. He is also pursuing his academic studies via an HNC construction qualification.

During his time with Jefferies he has worked on a variety of contracts including EWI - Thomas Holdings/RCT Homes and Tai Calon, Mispace/NPT Homes & Vinci/Caerphilly and Caerphilly Council.

Andrew Williams

Senior Contracts Manager

Andrew Williams

Andrew joined Jefferies in April 2017 and is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract from tender through to completion. His role is as Senior Contracts Manager working mainly on various refurbishment contracts throughout South Wales.

Andrew's contract experience include kitchen, bathroom and rewire, EWI, roofing, external and environmental works, boiler replacement, sheltered complex refurbishment and communal refurbishment.

Andrew also has new build experience.
