Terry established Jefferies in South Wales in 2008 and since that time has grown the business and opened a Midlands region.
From a trade background Terry understands the importance of both a quality end product and the customer experience whilst works are undertaken.
Terry continues to invest in the training and development of his workforce to maintain an efficient and capable team. Terry is an advocate of empowerment and innovation.
Leigh joined Jefferies in August 2012 and has since become the Commercial Director for the business. Leigh is responsible for both the strategic and day to day running of the business.
Leigh was originally an accredited accountant before moving into quantity surveying and gaining sub-contracting, concrete frame manufacturing and main contracting experience. Leigh is also an accredited Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.
Leigh has worked on a wide range of construction projects including; refurbishment, restoration, traditional and complex new build projects. Leigh has experience of establishing frameworks, working with most forms of contract and adopting traditional and open book processes as required.
Dean joined Jefferies in March 2017 bringing more than 12 years' experience in the construction industry with knowledge and experience in all aspects of business.
He also has experience in most areas of construction including refurbishment, new build and for the last 7 years specialising in EWI.
Dean excels in understanding customers' needs and aspirations, and ensuring they are exceeded.
