Leigh Bullock

Leigh joined Jefferies in August 2012 and has since become the Managing Director for the business.

Leigh was originally an accredited accountant before moving into quantity surveying and gaining sub-contracting, concrete frame manufacturing and main contracting experience. Leigh is also an accredited Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.

Leigh has worked on a wide range of construction projects including; refurbishment, restoration, traditional and complex new build projects. Leigh has experience of establishing frameworks, working with most forms of contract and adopting traditional and open book processes as required.

Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams

Andrew has over 15 years management experience within construction industry taking a lead role a large scale refurbishment and new build projects.

Andrew is responsible for our operations in South Wales and his attention to detail ensures our projects meet all health and safety obligations, are resourced correctly and are delivered to a high standard.

Nigel Jones

Nigel Jones

Nigel has over 30 years' experience working within the construction industry and has worked within the social housing and Private New Build sectors during this time.

Nigel understands the value and importance of customer care and has a proven record of delivering similar successful projects.

Terry established Jefferies in South Wales in 2008 and since that time has grown the business and opened a Midlands region.

From a trade background Terry understands the importance of both a quality end product and the customer experience whilst works are undertaken.

Terry continues to invest in the training and development of his workforce to maintain an efficient and capable team. Terry is an advocate of empowerment and innovation.

Jason Alford

Jason joined Jefferies in 2008 as a tradesman and progressed to Working Foreman and is now a Site Manager.

Jason has worked on a range of both internal and external projects and is a valued member of our management team. Jason has held his SMSTS for several years and remains enthusiastic about gaining further experience to further develop his skills for the future.

Terry is experienced in working on social housing projects which have included a number of external roofing and rendering contracts over the last 5 years.

He understands the value and importance of customer care and has a proven record of delivering successful projects.

Gethin Cashmore

Quantity Surveyor

Gethin Cashmore

Gethin joined Jefferies in November 2014 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Having successfully completed his degree studies on a part time basis, Gethin works with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Director and construction department to support the business activities.

Gethin is organised and provides accurate cost information, reports and forecasts to support the business management systems. Gethin is responsible for quantity surveying duties on a number of projects and also assists with tendering and estimating duties.

Sarah Evans

Sarah Evans

Sarah has worked with us since February 2016. She has over 20 years' experience in Purchase Ledger, Administration & Office Management in a variety of sectors.

She provides administrative support on all contracts within the business including Property Packs, Asbestos Reports, Kitchen & Bathroom plans etc.

Laura Hayes

Quantity Surveyor

Laura Hayes

Laura joined Jefferies Contractors in July 2015, and is currently working as an Quantity Surveyor.

Her qualifications include LLB Law and Politics & postgraduate LPC, a Foundation Degree in Surveying and Construction and a Postgraduate certificate in Construction Management.

Her experience includes working on EWI, Roofing, Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment, voids and OT bathrooms contracts for Trivallis, Tai Calon, Merthyr Valley Homes, and Mispace.

Grant Hillard

Grant Hillard

Grant has worked within the construction industry for 31 years. He is a qualified carpenter by trade and has worked his way up to management position during his time with the company.

Grant has managed large scale refurbishment schemes for Jefferies and other blue chip companies within South Wales and is a meticulous planner and is a health and safety conscious manager.

Tony Jones

Tony joined Jefferies in 2008 as a tradesman and progressed to be a working foreman. Since then he has been a Site Manager for the past 7 years.

He has worked on wide variety of contracts including Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment, EWI, void works, roofing, disability adaptations, and sheltered accommodation for a large client base including Trivallis (RCT Homes), Merthyr Valley Homes, Cardiff Council, CCHA, and Tai Calon
